سياسة الاستلام والاستبدال

المعاينة عند الاستلام
يمكنكِ معاينة القطعة أثناء وجود المندوب وقبل الاستلام وفي حال وجود أي مشكلة بالقطعة يمكنكِ رفض استلام الشحنة مع دفع رسوم الشحن فقط.

بعد الاستلام — الاستبدال فقط
بعد استلام الأوردر، لا يتوفر الاسترجاع، ويكون الاستبدال فقط وفقًا لسياسة الاستبدال الخاصة بنا.

مدة توصيل الاستبدال
يتم توصيل القطعة البديلة خلال 5–2 أيام عمل، وقد تختلف المدة حسب المحافظة.

Order & Exchange Policy

Thorough Inspection at Delivery:
Please check your item before the courier leaves. If there is any issue with the item, you may refuse the package and pay the shipping fee only.

After Delivery — Exchange Only:
Once the order has been received, refunds are not available. Exchanges only are accepted according to our exchange policy.

Delivery Time for Exchange Items:
Exchange orders are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on location.
